This crosstown route runs from 35th and Bank Sts. at the Portland Kroger store, through west Louisville, Park Duvall and Hill Street, through old Louisville to the Germantown area, terminating at Norton Audubon Regional Medical Center. IMPORTANT-Route 27 does not serve downtown Louisville.
