TARC 29 BUS SCHEDULE EASTERN PARKWAY SCHEDULE NOTE: This is an express route, and all boardings are subject to the $1.00 express surcharge at any stop on any trip!

This TARC 29 route operates from downtown Louisville, out Bardstown Road through the Highlands, to Fern Creek in the Glenmary Farms area. 17X Express service to and from Fern Creek operates via I-65 and the Watterson Expressway. Selected trips operate only to Bashford Avenue between Hikes Lane and Shepherdsville Road. NOTE: Routes 17 and 40 combine to provide more frequent service along Bardstown Road between Taylorsville Road and downtown Louisville.

TARC is the transit authority of the River City company that provides public transportation in the Greater Louisville area. It offers bus schedules in Bullitt, Oldham and Jefferson counties in Clark and Kentucky counties and Floyd counties in Indiana.

With wheelchair and bicycle equipment TARC is open from Monday to Friday. To Fri. From eight o’clock to twelve o’clock and on Saturdays from nine o’clock to noon.

This crosstown route runs from the St. Denis area at Cane Run Road and Rockford Lane across south Louisville along Eastern Parkway to Cherokee Park and St. Matthews.

This route serves University of Louisville, the Presbyterian Seminary and the Baptist Theological Seminary. St. Matthews trips now serve Shelbyville Road shopping areas including Oxmoor Center.

TARC 29 IMPORTANT-This route does not go to downtown Louisville!

• Read left across the timetable to your boarding point to determine what time you will need to catch the bus in order to arrive at your destination on time.

Connecting Routes You can use TARC Transfers to go to and from a destination, make connections, or make stops along the way and then continue your trip within a two-hour period, all for one fare.
